Our Interact Club qualified for this years Youth In Action. This is an exciting opportunity for our South Sumter High School Interactors. In Spring 2022, this club received an Outstanding Interact Club award.

Students recycle all plastic shopping bags by collecting them to be crocheted into sleeping mats for keeping homeless veterans dry.

South Sumter High School Interact students are encouraged to apply for these awards. Our club pays the cost. This FB page explains the leadership activities the students will participate in over 2 days of camp.

Each year we award one or more scholarships to students who apply, interview and are chosen by our Rotary Team.
